Section 447 IPC - Criminal trespass punishment

Section 447 IPC is now Section 329(3) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 447 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with criminal trespass punishment. Under the new law this is Section 329(3) of the BNS.
