Section 448 IPC - Punishment for house-trespass

Section 448 IPC is now Section 329(4) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 448 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with punishment for house-trespass. Under the new law this is Section 329(4) of the BNS.
