Section 51 IPC - Oath

Section 51 IPC is now Section 2(23) of the BNS - the BNS replaced the IPC on 1 July 2024.

Section 51 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 deals with oath. Under the new law this is Section 2(23) of the BNS.
