The Court held that after investigation and filing of the final report, with co-accused similarly charged already granted bail and the appellant having spent over six months in custody without prior criminal record, bail should be granted subject to stringent conditions: residence outside Chhattisgarh (in Patna), weekly police reporting, non-tampering with evidence, no witness intimidation, and execution of a one lakh rupee personal bond with two sureties."
