In this dispute between the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the Cricket Association of Bihar, the Supreme Court was asked to determine who should represent the BCCI at an ICC (International Cricket Council) meeting scheduled for 24 April 2017. The Court directed that Amitabh Chaudhary, the acting Secretary of the BCCI, shall represent the organization at the ICC meeting, and that Rahul Johri, the Chief Executive Officer, shall accompany him and attend the parallel Chief Executive Officers' meeting.
