The Court allowed the builder a 6-month extension for regulatory delays but found about 20 months of delay unjustified. Rather than award 8% interest totaling Rs. 11.4 lakhs, the Court ordered lumpsum compensation of Rs. 5 lakhs per flat as fairer compromise.">
