The petitioner Chetna Rathee sought to withdraw a Transfer Petition that had been filed with the Supreme Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted an application requesting permission to withdraw the petition. The Court, on the basis of this application, allowed the withdrawal and dismissed the Transfer Petition accordingly. The ancillary interlocutory application was also disposed of in consequence of this dismissal.
