CRPF filed civil appeals (Nos. 6212-6213/2021) in the Supreme Court challenging orders of a lower court. The Court examined the appeals on merits but found them to be devoid of substance. Accordingly, the Court dismissed both appeals, holding that the lower court's orders were sound and required no interference by the Supreme Court.
