Delhi Development Authority and others filed civil appeals following dismissal of their special leave petitions. The Supreme Court granted leave to appeal but, finding the matter governed by its earlier judgment dated 4 May 2017 in Civil Appeal No. 6112 of 2017 and related batch appeals (reported in 2017 6 SCC 751), dismissed the present appeals without separate consideration. No order regarding costs was made.
