In Brief
In this case, the Supreme Court considered two Special Leave Petitions filed by Indraj and legal representatives regarding lands. The Court condoned the delay in filing the petitions on the condition that the appellants would not receive interest for any delayed periods before either the High Court or the Supreme Court. Finding that the appellants' lands were similarly situated to lands covered by a prior order in Civil Appeal No. 9910 of 2011, the Court disposed of these appeals in accordance with that earlier order.
