In this review petition, Jagpal Singh sought to challenge the Supreme Court's earlier judgment in an appeal concerning an order of punishment passed by the Administrative Committee of the U.P. Milk Union. The review petitioner also sought initiation of criminal proceedings under Section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the respondents.
