JRD Stock Brokers (P) Ltd challenged a High Court of Delhi judgment upholding an income tax order against it by filing a special leave petition before the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court found no grounds warranting intervention and dismissed the petition. The dismissal upheld the High Court's decision dated 04 March 2015 in the underlying income tax appeal, thereby affirming the tax authorities' decision against the company. Any pending applications were disposed of accordingly."
