In Brief
Shikha Jain filed a review petition challenging an earlier order in which the Court had granted relief in accordance with a settlement agreement between the parties. The Supreme Court examined the grounds of the review petition but found no apparent error on the face of the record that would justify interference with the earlier order. Respecting the spirit of the settlement already reached, the Court dismissed the review petition, reinforcing that review petitions can only succeed when demonstrable error is shown.
