In this appeal filed by the State of Haryana against Ved Singh, the Court was informed by counsel for the appellants that a Modified Demand of Penal Rent (Annexure P8) dated 26.05.2005 had been issued, which rendered further orders unnecessary. Upon this submission, the Supreme Court found that no additional directions were required and disposed of the appeal accordingly. All pending applications were also disposed of, and no costs were awarded to either party.
