Susham Singla filed a special leave petition against the Commissioner of Income Tax, Patiala. The Supreme Court examined the petition and found it to be without merit. Accordingly, the Court dismissed the special leave petition and disposed of any pending applications before it. The decision was rendered by a two-judge bench on 10 April 2017.
