AG tells to Pinnacle Court that decision regarding the evacuated students of Ukraine to be declared soon

Attorney general (AG) KK Venugopal today informed the top court that the centre is considering measures to be processed soon in regards to the studies of students evacuated from Ukraine.

The statement was delivered in a hearing on a batch of Public Interest Litigation in the case of evacuation of students from Eastern European nation and issues related to the interruption in their education.

The AG has also informed the bench commanded by the Chief Justice of India that numerous representations have been taken. from the evacuated students.

The AG clearly stated to the bench that " The government will take a call soon".

The Union has also told the bench that more than twenty two thousand Indians have been left from Ukraine successfully and there are no details on any more Indians being in the war spread country.

After the information and hope given by the Attorney General, the apex court disposed of the plea, giving it to the union to consider a decision on the resumption of the studies of the evacuated students.
