Advocate Prasant ABhushan, Representing ADR, pointed out that the RBI as well as the ECI had raised objection over the current Electoral Bonds Scheme and written to the government expressing their concern. The Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved its order on a plea seeking of a fresh set of electoral bonds ahead of the assembly elections in west Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Assam and Puducherry.
