Pinnacle Court said they will clearly look at the report filed by the commission in the Telangana encounter

The Top court today said that it will thoroughly look at the report filed by the Apex court-appointed Commission investigating into the suspicious encounter of the four persons who are charged in the rape and murder on December 6, 2019, in the state of Hyderabad.

The Bench headed by CJI NV Ramana and comprising Justices AS Bopanna and Hima Kohli delivered that they were going to thoroughly see the report and then look into the matter.

The bench stated that “Let we first see the commission report and go through it”.

A short time ago, The Apex Court-appointed Justice Sirpurkar panel to investigate into the doubtful and suspicious encounter of the four persons who are charged in the in the rape and murder on 6 th December, 2019.

Retired Justice V S Sirpurkar commission, appointed to inquire and investigate into the Telangana state encounter incident, has delivered its end report before the top court.

After finishing the investigation, the Committee of Inquiry delivered its end report file to the Apex Court on 28th January, 2022.

Earlier at night of 27th November 2019 a veterinary doctor was brutally gang-raped and got murdered by four persons in the state of Telangana near Shamshabad. Next day morning, state police of Telangana collected her body which was completely burnt and chopped.

A week later the police found the four culprits and made criminal charges on them after that they went to crime location to reinvestigate the rape and murder; during reinvestigaton four of the culprits tried to escape and then police killed all of them in an encounter.
