Senior Advocates Adish C Aggarwala and Sukumar Pattjoshi are elected as President and Vice-President respectively of the Supreme Court Bar Association

On May 17, 2023, Senior Advocate Adish C Aggarwala was elected as the new President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) after receiving 668 votes. He was the former vice president of the SCBA. Along with him, Senior Advocates Dushyant Dave, Rakesh Kumar Khanna, and Ajit Kumar Sinha and Advocates Dr. Pravin Mutreja, Yagya Deo Sharma, and Neeraj Srivastava ran for the president post this year. His closest contender was Senior Advocate Dushyant Dave who received 477 votes. The next three best contenders were Rajesh Kumar Khanna with 426 votes, Ranjit Kumar with 304 votes, and Ajit Kumar Sinha with 144 votes. 

Also, Senior Advocate Sukumar Pattjoshi was elected as the new Vice President of the Bar Association with a total of 726 votes. He defeated nine contenders who ran for the post of Vice President including Senior Advocates Vibha Datta Makhija, Pavani Mahalakshni, and Rachana Srivastava. The post of secretary was bagged by Advocates Meenesh Kumar and Rohit Pandey whereas Advocates Amrendra Kumar and Yugandhara Paar Jha were elected as the treasurer and joint treasurer.
