Delhi Excise Policy Scam: Supreme Court Will Pronounce The Verdict Tomorrow On Arvind Kejriwal's Bail Plea in the CBI Case

In a recent development on Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Chief Arvind Kejriwal’s petition challenging his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor policy scam and seeking bail in the same, the Supreme Court (SC) of India will pronounce the verdict tomorrow, September 13, 2024 (Friday). Earlier on September 05, 2024, the Supreme Court bench of Justice Surya Kant and Justice Ujjal Bhuyan reserved the judgment after hearing Additional Solicitor General SV Raju and Senior Advocate AM Singhvi who appeared for the CBI and Arvind Kejriwal respectively.
