Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions appoints 06 Senior Advocates as ASG in the Supreme Court

On September 09, 2024, the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions issued a notification illustrating the appointment of 6 Senior Advocates as Additional Solicitor General (ASG) for India in the Supreme Court (SC) of India. The notification reads, “The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal for appointment of…06 Senior Advocates as Additional Solicitor General for India in the Supreme Court of India for a period of 03 years with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the office, or until further orders, whichever is earlier:” The Senior Advocates appointed as the ASG of the SC are:

1. Shri S. Dwarakanath
2. Ms. Archana Pathak Dave
3. Shri Satya Darshi Sanjay
4. Shri Brijender Chahar
5. Shri Raghavendra P. Shankar
6. Shri Rajkumar Bhaskar Thakare (Raja Thakare)
