The Supreme Court (SC) of India will be on Diwali Holidays starting from October 18, 2025, to October 26, 2025. The top Court will resume its normal functioning after the vacation, that is, from October 27, 2025 (Monday). After the vacation, the SC will hear various matters, including Sonam Wangchuk's Wife’s Plea regarding his detention under the NSA.
