Supreme Court on Holi vacation, will reopen on March 13, 2023.

The Supreme Court of India is observing the Holi Holidays, that started on March 3, 2023, and will end on March 13, 2023. The Holi vacations were announced by the Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud on March 3, 2023, while listing the Karnataka Hijab matter. The CJI said that “the Court will reopen after the Holi vacation, March 13, 2023, and will list the matter immediately after the vacations.” Therefore, the matter was listed to March 13 (Monday) by the top Court. The Supreme Court will be engaged in giving judgments on various important cases in the coming week after the Holi vacation. Some of the important cases scheduled for next week include the Karnataka Hijab case and Shiv Sena Rift between Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde. It is going to be a busy week for the judges of the Supreme Court as many other cases will also be addressed after the Holi vacation.
