The Supreme Court (SC) of India will experience summer vacation from May 26, 2025 (Monday). The SC will not be fully closed during the summer holidays, as the summer vacation bench will hear the matters. The Registry of the top Court will function throughout the partial Court working days except on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. After the summer holidays, the top court will reopen on July 14, 2025 (Monday) and will resume its normal functioning.
