Supreme Court to reopen after Diwali vacation on November 20, 2023

The Supreme Court of India is experiencing Diwali vacations starting from November 12, 2023, to November 19, 2023. After the Diwali vacation, the Supreme Court will reopen on November 20, 2023 (Monday), and will continue hearing the matters. Some of the matters listed for hearing after the Diwali vacation include, PIL challenging the constitutionality of the latest amendments in the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (PCA),  applications seeking reconsideration of the Supreme Court’s judgment in the ‘Vijay Madanlal Chaudhary vs. Union of India’ case and other matters.
