The Court waived the requirement of notice on those respondents and set a four-week timeline for mediation. After successful mediation, the parties reached a memorandum of settlement dated 4 February 2017, signed by all parties and counsel. The Court disposed of the appeal in accordance with this settlement agreement, which became part of the judgment. No costs were ordered.
