Deepa alias Anjali Bhatia and Yogesh Bhatia sought to transfer their divorce case from Udaipur to Patiala House, New Delhi after settling all disputes through mediation. The parties agreed to withdraw pending civil and criminal cases, agreed on financial terms, and sought mutual divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act.
