These civil appeals raised the same legal issues as Civil Appeal Nos. 1949-1966 of 2016, which had been decided by the Court on 11 January 2017. The Court, finding no new or distinct issues to decide, disposed of the present appeals by incorporating and applying the reasoning and conclusions from the earlier judgment, without separately rehearsing the legal analysis. Appeals disposed accordingly.
