These appeals arose from High Court judgments in connected matters. The Supreme Court found that the majority of cases had been remanded to the High Court by a prior order dated 28.11.2017. Accordingly, the Court disposed of these appeals by remanding the appellants' cases to the High Court for consideration together with the previously remanded cases. The impugned High Court judgments were set aside.
