The Supreme Court dismissed a civil appeal filed against an order of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi. After hearing the counsel for the appellant, the Court found no sufficient reason to interfere with the NCLAT's order. An interim application for impleadment (I.A. No. 114387/2021) was allowed. The appeal was dismissed and all pending applications were disposed of accordingly.
