In Brief
CAB Securities Limited challenged a decision of the Securities Appellate Tribunal by way of civil appeal. The Supreme Court considered an application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal and a stay application. The Court condoned the delay and examined the merits of the appeal against the Tribunal's order. Finding no ground to interfere with the Tribunal's judgment, the Court dismissed the appeal. All pending applications were disposed of accordingly.
