In Brief

An LLM student from a law college in Uttar Pradesh went missing on 24 August 2019, reportedly fleeing due to allegations against college authorities. The Supreme Court took suo motu cognizance based on news reports. The student was traced to Rajasthan and produced before the Court on the same day.
