In a consolidated matter involving telecom operators and the Department of Telecommunications regarding Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) demands, the Court considered affidavits from the Department and private operators Vodafone and Idea. The Department agreed to withdraw demands constituting 96% of the total AGR claim from public sector undertakings.
