M.K. Utthan Sudhar Samiti Maryadit sought leave to intervene in a Civil Revision Petition before the High Court. Although the High Court initially indicated the appellant would be heard when disposing of the petition, it later rejected the intervention application. The Supreme Court allowed the appeal partly, holding that in the interest of justice, the intervention application should be allowed. The Court permitted the appellant to participate in the Civil Revision Petition proceedings and directed the High Court to expedite its disposal.
