Prasad Enviro Labs Private Limited and others filed an Interlocutory Application seeking permission to withdraw their Civil Appeal pending before the Supreme Court. The single-judge bench of Justice C.T. Ravikumar granted the application, permitting the withdrawal. As a result, the Civil Appeal was dismissed as withdrawn. The order was passed on 15 November 2021.
