Dismissing the other two petitions, the Court found the turnover objection valid (PTO was a company relying on proprietorship firm figures) and accommodation receipts issue unaddressed. For the successful petitioner, the Court awarded Rs. 5 lakh compensation in public law damages for wrongful rejection, payable within two months with 15% interest if delayed.
