In Brief
The Supreme Court set aside the High Court's order that had reversed an eviction judgment. The trial court and first appellate court had found that a landlord-tenant relationship existed between the parties and that the landlord had validly purchased the property from the tenant's predecessor. The High Court had reversed these concurrent findings, but the Supreme Court found no perversity in them. The Court held that the High Court was not justified in reversing established findings of fact, and restored the eviction order. The tenant was given two months to vacate the property.
