This case concerned the appointment of Judicial Members to two Additional Grievance Redressal Authorities in Madhya Pradesh. The Supreme Court, with the consent of all parties, permitted the Chief Secretary of Madhya Pradesh to approach the Registrar General of the High Court to seek a recommendation from the Chief Justice for these judicial appointments. The Court directed that the recommendation be made by 08.03.2017 and the State notify the new Authorities by 09.03.2017, with the matter to be reconsidered on 10.03.2017.
