The State of Uttarakhand filed a review petition against an order dated 23 August 2017 whereby the Supreme Court had allowed an appeal. After considering the review petition and supporting grounds, the Court found that no sufficient case for review had been made out. Consequently, the review petition was dismissed. The Court noted that delay in filing had been condoned.
