In Brief
Vatsala Shenoy filed multiple review petitions against an order dated 18 October 2016 that had partly allowed underlying civil appeals relating to income tax disputes. The review petitions challenged that order under Article 136 of the Constitution. The Supreme Court, after careful examination of the review petitions and connected papers, found no error, much less apparent error, in the impugned order. Accordingly, the Court dismissed all the review petitions. The delay in filing was condoned.
