The Pinnacle Court constitute a bench to listen the case of Gyanvapi mosque tomorrow

The Top court took a decision today to constitute a bench for tomorrow to listen the matter of Gyanvapi mosque case, It’s a day before to close the area where the dispute is going on near where the shivlings are found 

The apex court, a few months back, ordered the district judge of Varanasi to get the place where Shivling got found through the evidence of some digital recordings of the religious place

The court told not to stop any religious practices of Islam near or in the mosque but to seal the place where the shivlings got found.

Now the two  bench composed of Judges CJI  D Y Chandrachud and P S Narasimha, looking into the matter for appeal by the Committee of Management of Anjuman Intezamia Masjid, Varanasi, noted to the court that there was improper decision by the trial court, by its 16th may order.

In appeal they also informed the bench that in the Varanasi court’s order it delivered was confusing judgement that to allow 20 Muslim practitioners for worship daily and to seal the area of shivling area.

The Chief Justice noted that The Supreme Court of India will form a bench to look into the matter of the case at 3 PM tomorrow.

Previously, on  31st October, the Supreme Court of India accepted to note the matter today, however, it wasn’t listed for the day.
