Abhinitam Upadhyay sought a review of an order dated 5 July 2021 by the Allahabad High Court, also seeking an oral hearing. The Supreme Court dismissed the review application. The Court found that the grounds presented in the review petition did not demonstrate any error apparent on the face of the record that would warrant interference with the earlier order. Accordingly, the Court found no reason to entertain the review petition.
