This case concerns the formation of a Committee of Administrators for the BCCI following a principal judgment that had prescribed governance reforms. The Court granted liberty to state associations, the Attorney General, and the BCCI to suggest names for the Committee in sealed covers, subject to compliance with disqualification criteria laid down in earlier orders. The BCCI was also permitted to nominate three candidates for ICC Executive Committee representation. The Court retained discretion to select final appointees from all suggestions, with names to be submitted by 27 January 2017.
