Grace Sathyavathi Shashikant and others filed a miscellaneous application seeking clarification of an earlier order dated 16 August 2017 concerning a survey of land in Survey No. 129/45/D. The Supreme Court clarified that the survey may be conducted on the specified land as originally directed by the learned Single Judge. The application was disposed of accordingly, permitting the survey to proceed as previously authorized.
