These special leave petitions arising from High Court orders concerning the Indore Development Authority were consolidated for hearing. After reviewing related precedent and submissions, the Supreme Court concluded that the complex legal issues involved required resolution by a larger Bench. Accordingly, the matters were remitted to the appropriate Bench as directed by the Chief Justice of India for comprehensive examination and authoritative determination of the substantive legal questions at issue.
