This is a consolidated group of civil appeals arising from multiple suits concerning disputed property. The parties were directed to attempt mediation by a retired Supreme Court judge. When mediation failed to produce any settlement, the Supreme Court ordered that hearing of the consolidated appeals commence on a day-to-day basis from 6 August 2019. The Court directed counsel to indicate which pleadings and evidence they would rely upon so the Registry could prepare documents for the Court's consideration. The case was thereupon set down for substantive arguments on the merits.
