This appeal arising from a 2014 High Court judgment concerning disputes between the parties was disposed of by mutual settlement. The parties filed settlement deeds dated 15 January 2019 and 24 April 2019, demonstrating amicable resolution of their differences. The Supreme Court, accepting the settlement and the filed deeds, disposed of the appeal and directed the Registry to draft a decree in accordance with the terms of the settlement deeds.
