In Brief
The appellants and respondents in this civil appeal arising from a High Court judgment on a property dispute amicably settled their differences and filed Deeds of Settlement dated 15 January 2019 and 24 April 2019. Upon being informed of the settlement, the Supreme Court disposed of the appeal in accordance with the settlement deeds, which became part of the court order. The Registry was directed to draft a final decree in accordance with the terms agreed by the parties.
