In this Writ Petition dated 17 September 2018, the Supreme Court heard arguments in part from senior counsel representing petitioners, the State of Maharashtra, and the informant. The Court directed that an interim order from an earlier hearing would remain in force until the next hearing on 19 September 2018. Counsel for all parties provided undertakings to complete their arguments within specified time limits (20 minutes for the petitioners' lead counsel, 10 minutes each for other counsel, and 30 minutes for the State).
