The Supreme Court reviewed a Medical Board report prepared under High Court directions but declined to grant promotion to the higher rank. Instead, the Court disposed of the appeal with directions that retiral dues be computed and released within two months based on the rank from which the appellant actually retired, without accepting his promotion claim."
